It was memorable stay, I truly enjoyed incredible food.
The room was incredibly spacious and bright, it had a shower, a hair dryer, and a bidet. The personnel was fairly friendly and outstandingly accommodating.

Every detail was perfect and I loved it. The staff were excellent and very responsive, you should know it. The location in a lovely area was convenient and there were shopping streets and a market nearby. Florence Historic Centre district was worth exploring...

The staff here were super helpful and friendly, and the location was spot on - right near the center 😊 Plus, it's just a stone's throw away from the museum and all the main attractions.

It was in the central location near everything in Florence. Had lunch/dinner at Trattoria za Za, which I found not very far from the hotel.

This accommodation is located extremely close to all the main attractions, making it very convenient for exploring. the rooms are spacious and well furnished with all the necessary amenities, including a fridge, TV and DVD player. the bathrooms are clean and feature modern facilities like an adjustable showerhead.
The hotel's customer service is lacking and guests may have problems checking in and receiving assistance.

We stayed at this fantastic hotel in the heart of the city and we couldn't have asked for a better location. Everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, which made exploring the city so convenient. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, with beautiful decor and amazing paintings that even impressed our 7-year-old son. The host, Julia, was exceptional in her communication and provided us with great recommendations for restaurants and interactive museums that our son thoroughly enjoyed. Plus, if you're back at the hotel by 8pm, you can enjoy live performances nearby from the comfort of your room. It was truly a magical experience.

the communication was amazing from the start. we even got a surprise room upgrade! a beautiful suite with a stunning painted ceiling and a big jacuzzi bath. the perfect touch of luxury on our italian tour. we were allowed an early check-in too! wonderful!
No elevator. all that luggage up four flights of stairs after a 10-hour flight was not fun :(

We were initially worried about the stairs, but the location made up for it. The suite was conveniently situated on a bustling shopping street in the heart of the city. Despite some minor inconveniences, we had a memorable stay.
